The Sensual Open Cardigan is a great business- casual sweater, and it’s really fun to knit. The body and sleeves are knit separately from the bottom up. They are joined at the underarms and the yoke is worked with set-in sleeve shaping, decreasing stitches on the back and fronts first for the armholes then decreasing sleeve stitches to the shoulders. The tops of the sleeves and shoulders are shaped with a few short-rows and are then joined with the three-needle bind-off. The collar stitches are picked up along the center front and back neck and worked in the lace pattern.
