Kukui is knit from the bottom up in pieces then sewn together. The neck stitches are all held on stitch holders, then after sewing they are worked together for a simple garter stitch neck trim.

Knitting Needles:

Gauge:
19 sts and 29 rows = 4" in Stockinette Stitch with larger needles; 20 sts and 35 rows in Garter stitch with smaller needles, stretched vertically. Take time to save time, check your gauge.
