About the Knitting:
This pullover is worked in the round from the bottom up. The sleeves and body are worked separately. Stitches are held for the underarms and the sleeve and body stitches are joined and worked together for the yoke. Stitches are decreased to the yoke. The held underarm stitches are joined using the three-needle bind-off technique.
About the Rebirth KAL
This is a new kind of pattern for me. Of course it includes the instructions for how to knit the physical sweater. However it is also a tool to be used as a mirror for self reflection, and to intend your own personal rebirth into being a more authentic expression of yourself. I'll go over how to use this project in this way in the Knit-A-Long, which starts March 31. Learn more about the KAL.
