This pattern includes instructions for both cardigan and pullover versions of this sweater. Beginning at the center of the right front with a provisional cast-on for the pullover and a regular cast-on for the cardigan, these sweaters are knit from the center of the body, out to the sleeve cuff on the right. The provisional cast-on stitches are picked up, then knit from the center out on the left in the same manner. Stitches are picked up around the lower edge, fronts (for the cardigan) and neckline for the bands, and worked in a k2, p2 ribbing.
