Willow Yarns has recently created a beautiful yarn with a blend of wool and alpaca—Dusk. It's amazingly soft, and works up super fast in crochet. They sent me a little sample over the summer, and I whipped up this beauty for them. |

Something I love about hand-dyed yarn is that the beautiful and unique colors can make a basic stockinette sweater into a piece of art. However, I still need the knitting itself to be somewhat interesting—which is why I think the Mazar Pullover is the perfect pattern for hand-dyed yarn. Read more. |
